SWEAT CLASSES
Sweat is a new addition to our timetable. This class can be used as an addition to our CrossTrain program and classes, or as a stand alone training routine.
This class is designed for those looking for a class without all the complex CrossTrain movements. This class will focus mainly on running, machines (rowing, biking, skiing) and some typical simple fitness racing movements that anyone can perform, such as burpees, sled pulls, wall balls, farmers carries, sandbag lunges, etc. The idea of this session is to improve your aerobic capacity, and stamina, as opposed to focusing on strength, skills and gymnastics. This session will likely involve some regular running and machine intervals, so bring your running shoes. This class is highly recommended to anyone looking to compete in fitness racing events, as well as just general fitness.
How it Works
All of our Sweat classes are coach-led and follow a planned program, lasting roughly 1 hour. The basic structure of our class is as follows:
1. A coach will guide you through an extensive warm-up to get you prepared for action.
2. You will then perform a 40-45 conditioning style workout which you will be coached and guided throughout.
